我的语文成绩还是可以的，平常也是比较喜欢看书，小学的时候，我的作文还在学校的比赛里面拿过名次，这些虽然是我的优势，但是我知道还不足以让同学们觉得我可以当这个语文课代表，不过我还是想试试，反正没当上，我也是还很喜欢语文的，在这里我也锻炼了我的胆量。课代表是帮助老师收作业，和同学们有一些交流的，我是内向，但是还是想多和同学们多沟通，这样或许我的性格就会有点儿转变，能稍微外向点。
作为一名语文课代表，不单单是语文的成绩还要不错，同时也是需要在其他的方面也是比较出色的，我虽然在学校没有怎么得过奖，但是我也是遵守纪律，没有犯过什么错误，我想在品德上老师是可以放心的，在为同学们服务方面，我性格是内向的，但是我做事情却不拖拉，也愿意帮助同学们，所以这方面我希望同学们可以放心。
我之前是没有担任过什么班干部的，不过到了初中，我觉得我不能再那样了，而是应该来锻炼下自己，让自己试试能不能做好，所以我来竞聘了，我也希望同学们能给我这个机会，让我有机会能够做一回班干部，其实我觉得如果你做过班干部，其实并不一定要一直做班干部，你可以选择一个学期不做，看看别人是怎么做的，或者像做过班长的，其实可以试试做其他的班委，这样的话，大家都有机会来尝试，同时做过的同学也能有机会在不同的岗位上了解不同的事情，这样都锻炼了能力，如果一直在一个岗位上，我觉得反而可能会比较懈怠，或者没那么认真的去做好工作，毕竟是做过的事情，没有那么感兴趣了。
可能这次我没有竞聘上，但是我也不会灰心，下次也是可以竞聘的，而且我觉得锻炼的机会是时刻都有的，不是只做课代表就行，我平常也是可以多和同学们交流，多帮助同学们的。我虽然没什么经验，但是我觉得我还是有信心能够做好的，而且我由于没有做过，所以更是会有动力去把语文课代表的工作去做好，假如大家觉得我这个新人还不错，也相信我有这份激情，那请把你们手里语文课代表的票投给我，谢谢。

In other words， they are our good teachers and wise friends. This is the reason why our parents always encourage us to read more books.
